Many companies that provide bathroom fittings and furniture for DIY installation offer an online bathroom planner.  Armitage Shanks, Ideal Standard, and B&Q are just some of the ones we have found.  As you would expect they are limited in that they only have templates for their own products but they provide a quick and simple way to plan out your bathroom design.
