Bathroom lighting design

As part of any bathroom design, lighting will play an important part.  When creating your bathroom lighting design you need to consider natural light, floor, ceiling and wall lighting as well as any health and safety requirements.

Natural light from external or internal windows are your first consideration.  Try and create and maximise the use of any available natural light. If you do not have any exterior wall or roof windows, consider putting in a velux window or creating a glass block wall.
